What is Egg White?

The egg white term refers to cervical mucus discharge that is normally released during your most fertile period.   The cervical mucus texture resemble an egg white, which is clear and stretchy fluid.

The discharge of egg white liquid from your vagina helps sperm cells to travel with ease from vagina toward  uterus. Often, it is an obvious sign that your body is ovulating and your ovum is ready to be fertilized by sperm.

The release of egg white discharge can continue up to 1 to 2 days post-ovulation.  Whenever you feel an egg white discharge from your vagina, it is the best time to conceive. It is because you are at your most fertile time, as your ovum is waiting to be fertilized by sperm cells. Hence, you should timing to perform sexual intercourse within 24 hours.
